Market Development Manager/Senior Market Development Executive

Responsibilities

    Develop and execute marketing plans, programs and activities to achieve business growth
    Manage through line activities ensuring appropriate content and effectiveness
    Work closely with cross functional teams to develop effective marketing tools and programs to improve revenue and market share
    Manage, track and evaluate competitive strategies, funding,  spending levels and ROI
    Media relationship building, press release material preparation and media review coordination
    Identify 3rd party co-op and sponsorship opportunities to align with Fujitsu brand
    Recruitment, management and review of Media and PR agency as well as additional 3rd party vendors
    Spearhead and or support market development efforts (inside sales, inside sales, online campaigns etc) for Indonesia any other market as assigned.

Requirements

    Degree holder or equivalent in Public Relations, Marketing or related disciplines
    At least 3-4 years relevant experience in Public Relations and/or Marketing Communications, preferably in PC or IT-related industry
    Prior experience in public relations and copy writing preferred
    Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesian
    Self-starter, possess excellent initiative to constantly value-add and meet tight deadlines
    Committed and meticulous with an eye for details
    Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
    Willing to travel
    Fresh graduate from Mass Communication studies will be considered for a junior position
