Kremlin diteror bom! Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) dan timnya disebut sebagai pelaku aksi teroris yang biadab ini. Tak ada pilihan buat pemerintah Amerika Serikat selain mengingkari hubungan pemerintah dengan Ethan dan kawan-kawan. Kini agen rahasia ini harus bekerja sendiri. Tak ada bantuan. Tak ada petunjuk. Kini tim Ethan benar-benar bekerja sendiri.

Ethan dan timnya dilepas. Mereka dianggap buron. Tugas Ethan kali ini memang berat. Ia harus membersihkan nama baik Impossible Mission Force sekaligus nama baik seluruh anggota timnya. Ethan harus bisa membuktikan kalau pelaku teror bom ini bukanlah Impossible Mission Force.

First of all, the title is Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol and not The Mission or Mission Impossible 4. This has been clarified and you can read about it on many online news sites including on Screenrant's website. With that out of the way, we can now begin.

Michael Giacchino is scorer for Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol, his second film in the series. Yes, he's back with J.J Abrams. Seems like co-producer and actor Tom Cruise wants to keep the "Impossible" family together, only this time J.J. Abrams's return will be as producer. Brad Bird (Ratatouille, The Simpsons, The Incredibles) is director.
The film's original soundtrack album is available on audio CD and MP3 download from Amazon. Eminem's song Wont Back Down which was used in the film's trailer is not included in the OST.

Besides Tom Cruise the film features returning stars Ving Rhames and Simon Pegg, along with newcomers Jeremy Renner, Josh Holloway and Paula Patton.

Plot summary: After a terrorist bombing destroys the Kremlin, the US initiates "ghost protocol" and disavows the entire Impossible Mission Force. As part of a secret operation plan, Ethan and his team are blamed for the attack but allowed to escape. However, Hunt is warned that if any of his team is captured during their mission, they will be charged as terrorists.
